This request is to select a qualified and experienced contractor to provide transportation services for Kenneth Clark Academy in Dobbs Ferry, NY; Greenburgh Academy in Yonkers, NY; REACH Academy in West Harrison, NY; and Kaplan Career Academy in New Windsor, NY. The Greenburgh-North Castle Union Free School District is a Special Act School District serving at-risk youth with special needs.
Transportation services will be utilized primarily for school field trips during the instructional day and select events occurring after school hours. The selected vendor shall provide a range of transportation options through a self-service booking platform that allows the District to independently select and schedule vehicles based on trip requirements. The platform must be user-friendly and accessible to authorized District personnel. Vendors able to accommodate trips with multiple destinations are preferred.
The vendor shall also offer live trip tracking and provide text message and/or email updates regarding trip status, vehicle location, and estimated arrival times.
All services must be rendered in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
