in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with and which may be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office. Copies of the Contract Documents will be on file after October 15, 2018. A non-refundable fee of seventy-five ($75.00) payable by check to the order of the Town of Orangetown will be required for each set of Contract Documents.
