RFQ-RC-2019-086 - Tickets, Bus, TOR for RC DSS, As Specified

Printing of DSS TOR Bus Tickets:

• Item 1, 2 and 3:
  Prices for Quantities of 10,000 pages 20,000 pages and 30,000 pages. (10 tickets per page.)
  Trim Size: 8.5" x 11"
  Paper: 100# manila tag
  Ink: 3/3 (Black + PMS 347 Green)
  Ten tickets per sheet.  One full-length vertical perf and 4 full-width horizontal perforations.
  Sheets are to be printed double-sided (see sample)
  Each Ticket to be individually numbered consecutively (ten numbers per sheet, a unique serial number on each ticket). See sample for format.
   
              DSS Staff or Clients will separate tickets, not by Machine.
   
• Numbering:
  Numbering appears on front side color Black with the serial number printed horizontally in the box on right side of each individual ticket. (See Attachment)
  Starting number :  00001
   
• Packing: * Shrink-wrapped in packs of 25 pages.

• Files Supplied:  Quark or standard file format, as requested.

• Proof & Approval:  Written Approval of hard copy proof required from authorized Rockland County Dept. of Social Services Representative prior to printing.
