Rocklandl County has a current need for Tick Removal Kits. All Kits must be as specified. Tweezers must be stainless steel. Plastic will not be accepted. Samples must be sent to Rockland County Purchasing, 50 Sanatorium Road, Building A, 6th floor, Attn: Michele Phillips, Pomona, NY 10970. Bidders must send a sample to the county. All samples must be received by September 23rd at no cost to the county, otherwise bidder will be deemed non-responsive. If samples are required to be returned, a return label must be provided. Delivery must be made within 15 calendar days of award/purchase order. The submitted tick removal kit must be approved by the Rockland County Department of Health. All Prices must be FOB DESTINATION PREPAID AND ALLOWED INCLUDED IN PRICE. If custom print is available for the pouch, please advise cost in the comments section. Cost should be per kit.
