BOCES allows all municipal and not-for-profit organizations authorized under the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, to purchase any goods and/or services awarded as a result of this bid in accordance with the latest amendments to NYS GML 100 through 104. However, it is understood that the extension of such contracts are at the discretion of the vendor and the vendor is only bound to any contract between the BOCES and the vendor.
