R24041 - Sports Medicine Services for Finger Lakes Community College

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the County of Ontario will receive Proposals for Sports Medicine Services for Finger Lakes Community College (the College) (R24041).  Such proposals must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, on or before 4:00 PM prevailing time, April 23, 2024. 

All questions pertaining to this RFP must be forwarded in writing to the Director of Purchasing at the address shown above. 

The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

The College is seeking sealed proposals to set up a contract for Sports Medicine Services for the Athletic Department. Proposers are required to be licensed and qualified to perform the services set forth herein. 
A contract based on this RFP, if awarded, will run from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027, with 3 optional 12-month renewals. The athletic season will run from approximately August 1st to May 30th during which time services must be provided to the College.
