Piggyback Contract

Description

The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor and equipment required to eliminate blockages and/or overflows that may occur in the County Trunk Sewer System as well as inspect and televise County Trunk Sewers that cannot be handled by County personnel and equipment on an on-call basis. The contract is for the period September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for one (1) additional three year term, with all prices, terms and conditions remaining the same as the original contract.
