PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) desires an agency or organization to provide, coordinate, administer, manage, and supervise a clinical School Health Services (SHS) staff in collaboration with the District’s Student Health Services department, for the students within the Rochester City School District.
The District is looking for a professional, yet cost-effective model of care where, at the end of the year 100% of the mandated NYS services will be fulfilled. In addition, the Agency will be responsible for changes in inputting and delivery of services based on District preferences and needs.
This program will begin July 1, 2020 and end June 30, 2021.
The selection may result in multiple awards of a one-year contract with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one year-periods.
