Description

On behalf of Saratoga County (“the County” or “the Plan”) we invite your organization to submit
a proposal for its fully-insured dental benefit. The County is requesting a PPO dental network on
a prospectively experience rated fully-insured basis.
The program will be effective January 1, 2026. All bidders must follow the instructions in these
bid specifications and complete all questions and tables.
Saratoga County provides access to comprehensive health benefits to roughly 1,100 eligible
employees and 3,500 total covered participants.
