2020-7-31 - Roof and Gutter Cleaning

Project includes removal of debris from roof and gutters, flushing of gutters and downspouts and clearing any remaining debris.  Must bring leaks to our attention for further evaluation and authorization.  Installation of gutter guards.

General Requirements:  Contractors must provide all necessary materials, equipment and labor for a complete job.  Prevailing wage and certified payrolls must be submitted with invoice for payment.  The Village of Rye Brook is tax exempt.  Must also provide a W9, insurance, liability and workers compensation.  Please list as additionally insured as listed below.

A walkthrough has been scheduled Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at the Anthony J. Posillipo Community Center, located at 32 Garibaldi Place, Rye Brook, NY 10573.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend this walkthrough.
