It is the intent of the County of Orange ("County") to solicit bids to retain the services of a qualified Contactor to provide the equipment, materials, tools, labor, supervision, skill and all other items necessary to perform and complete the Rehabilitation of Sand Filters No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 located at the Harriman Wastewater Treatment Plant, 72 River Road, Harriman, New York.
