The pre-bid conference will be held on November 1, 2017 at 9am. The pre-bid conference will begin at the County of Orange, Emergency Services Center, 22 Wells Farm Road, Goshen, New York 10924 and then the group will travel in their own vehicles to Cronomer Tower, 211 North Plank Road, Newburgh, NY, with a conclusion of the site visits expected by 12 PM. Attendance by prospective bidders is strongly recommended. While it is not mandatory for the successful bidder to attend, it is strongly recommended that every interested bidder attend the pre-bid conference and site walk in order to familiarize itself with the conditions at each radio communications tower site. All visiting personnel will be responsible for their own personal protective equipment and no one will be allowed on site without the proper equipment (hard hat, safety shoes, eye protection, etc).
