professional Auctioning Services via live auction of Real Property that the City of New Rochelle
has acquired thru the In Rem process. The real property to be auctioned will be mainly
residential; however the City reserves the right to also auction commercial and or multi-use
properties. Services to be provided shall be of no cost to the City.
