The Town of Colonie is accepting proposals from qualified credit card processors, for a system employing electronic data capture at the point of sale, and electronic fund transfer techniques for use in various departments throughout the Town.  The Town seeks a system that will allow acceptance of credit card payment of fees at the lowest possible cost to the Town and customer. Your response to this RFP will provide the Town with the information necessary to assess the ability of your organization to meet the needs of the Town in providing the specified card payment acceptance services and associated processing.
