Sealed bids are sought and requested by the County of Chemung for the purchase of the following:
 
                                                 RFB-2180 – JANITORIAL SUPPLIES
The County of Chemung and the City of Elmira require a continuous supply of janitorial products for various departments. It is the County’s intent to enter into agreement (s) to purchase the majority of its janitorial product requirements from the vendor submitting the lowest responsible bid price for each item.
Term: The term of this agreement shall be from January 1, 2020 (or date of contract execution) through December 31st, 2020. The contract may be extended for up to three additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement between the County and the vendor(s).
