Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met by April 18, 2024, prior to 3:00 PM. A statement of capabilities shall include working knowledge of the above system, written authority by CornerStone Detention Products, Inc. (Formerly Com-Tec) to service and access CornerStone Detention Products, Inc. software and hardware systems and parts; documented record of other service work and parts replacement for CornerStone Detention Products, Inc. (Formerly Com-Tec) equipment. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
