Description

The Village of Rhinebeck, NY (Village) is soliciting proposals from qualified
professional consulting firms to provide, from one entity, the technical and financial
consulting services to evaluate the Village’s existing water and wastewater systems for a
potential transfer to the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (Authority).
The professional services are being funded by a grant from the Dutchess County, NY
Municipal Consolidation and Shared Services Grant Program.
The Village will be responsible to manage the contract. The Village will provide
separately the services of legal and bond counsel. The Village will be the contact point
with and coordinate with the Consultant in regards to access to sites for examination;
existing technical, business and legal information; report and analysis reviews; and
scheduling of meetings. The Authority will serve in an advisory role to the Village and
perform reviews of Consultant submissions as requested by the Village.
