The City of Kingston, NY (“City”) is seeking an interdisciplinary Consultant or team of Consultants (“Consultant”) to provide contractual services for site reconnaissance, design, engineering, permitting, construction administration, and construction inspection for a sewer separation project located near the City’s historic waterfront district. This project will remove stormwater from the most active Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) in the City, the Hasbrouck Avenue CSO.
