RFP-RC-01-2025 - Planning Consulting Services for the Town of Amenia Recreation Master Plan

The Town of Amenia Recreation Commission is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a current comprehensive master plan for parks, recreation facilities, and programs. The Master Plan will be an update of the 2006 Amenia Recreation Master Plan and will include visioning, goal setting, and establishing strategies for managing and improving Parks and Recreation resource. The Master Plan process will prioritize elements like community engagement, needs assessments, facility evaluations, and a long-term improvement plan. The Commission seeks a ten-year Master Plan that fully reflects the needs of our community using creative and proactive outreach and decision-making techniques.
