RFP# 2023-0009 - Payroll and Human Resources Enterprise Management System Solution (HRMS)

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (‘NYRA”) is soliciting proposals from bidders to provide a Payroll and Human Resources Enterprise Management System solution (“HRMS”) for NYRA. NYRA currently employs approximately 900-1,500 employees. The term of this agreement shall be for  four (4) years from the date of execution of any final Agreement, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for a maximum of two  (2) additional terms of three  (3) years.

In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
