Sealed bids are requested for preparation and interior painting as specified within. The bidder's price includes all labor and materials required to provide the services outlined in this specification including but not necessarily limited to the supply, all administrative, reporting or other requirements, and all overhead costs. It shall also include all travel costs, parking fees, and any other ancillary fees and costs including permits, fuel, licenses, insurance, etc. The college will provide the paint for this project.
