RFP-DCC-07-2023 - On-Call Construction Management Services

1. Introduction
Dutchess Community College is seeking to retain qualified firms to provide professional services on an on-call basis for construction management services for a one year term with the option for two one year renewals. This RFP is intended to assist DCC in selecting qualified and experienced firms or teams. The work for construction management services will be assigned on a project needed basis. Current projects include but are not limited to Site Improvements, a Mechatronics and HVAC Lab, and Plumbing and Utility Repairs. Services will also be for future projects as needed. No work is guaranteed under any contract awarded until a work assignment is issued by the College.
