The Town of Marlborough is looking to renovate and construct new additions on the existing DPW Garage located at 1650 Route 9W, Milton, NY 12547. The renovations will include updates to the existing building façade to emulate the appearance of the Town of Marlborough Community Center and upgrades to the interior including the addition of new ADA compliant restrooms and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The additions will consist of a new garage space and a new office space.
