Description

Objectives
A. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit equipment related to a Local Area Networks (LANs) as well as wireless equipment.
B. The district is seeking to upgrade all the equipment necessary to connect end users at each facility to the internet. The equipment needed will be used to:
a. Connect Buildings to the existing Fiber Rings for Wide Area Network connectivity.
b. Connect all data closets in the district facilities.
c. And provide wireless connectivity within each of the district facilities.
C. If the vendor has been awarded a master contract for the services proposed, and the district is authorized to utilize the contract, vendor should provide the master contract number with proposal.
D. Vendors should propose costs which are inclusive of 5 years of support for hardware, warranty, licenses, and anything necessary for a fully functional solution

A. Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Department no later than 2:30 PM (Eastern Daylight Time), Thursday March 21, 2024.
B. Vendors must submit one signed original quote response set which includes pricing, the Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, and a copy of the quote on a Thumb Drive. Original must be clearly marked.
C. All Proposal responses must fit within a one inch three-ring binder.
D. Include in the original copy of your quote, a Thumb Drive (not to exceed 100 MB) copy of your proposal.
E. The package shall be marked “SEALED LAN and Wireless Proposal-TO BE OPENED BY ADDRESSEE ONLY. – March 21, 2024”. Please ensure your firm's name is included on the outside of the package. If you are using a commercial delivery company that requires you to use their shipping package or envelope, your Quote should be placed within a second sealed package labeled as detailed above. This will ensure your proposal is not prematurely opened
