2020-1960_CHEM_INVENTORY - Inventory Chemicals at Two (2) YPS Locations

Inventory chemicals at two (2) YPS locations – The City is requesting a detailed report of the chemical contents located at each school. This report is to include chemical name, quantity, and container size. To assist in quoting, an incomplete list of chemicals at the schools can be found on pages 2-3 of the attached quotation form. Site visits to view the areas containing these chemicals at each location will be available upon request.  

This quote request is for inventorying only. The City is not requesting a quote for the disposal of these chemicals at this time.  All quotes are to be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  Awarded vendor will be required to provide proofs of general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation and disability insurances.
