Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until, 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 4th 2024, at the Saratoga County Department of Purchasing, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, New York, 12020 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for Intersection Improvement Lake Hill Road (CR 339) And Kingsley Road (CR 110), in Town of Ballston, Saratoga County, NY covered by specification County Bid Number 24-PWLHKRII-1. Saratoga County plans to provide the Notice to Proceed to the selected contractor in May 2024. The project's substantially complete date is August 30, 2024.
