Description

It is the intent of these specifications to procure petroleum and petroleum blend products for use at various Rensselaer County Government Facilities. The usage quantities listed in this bid are estimated only. The contract shall be for the quantities actually ordered during the contract period. All Political Sub‑divisions shall be eligible to purchase under this contract upon approval of their governing board. Each political subdivision will be responsible for their own ordering and payment.

Category A: On-Road Vehicle Fuels and Category B: Heating & Off Road Fuels. Bidders may bid one or both Categories, but must bid all items per category in order to be considered a responsive bid. Partial bids per Category will be rejected.
