RFP-UC25-021 - External Financial Audit Services

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals to select a qualified independent public accountant licensed in the State of New York to provide an annual audit of the financial accounts and records of the County of Ulster in accordance with specifications outlined herein and including any and all work necessary for compliance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP) applicable to governmental units, as prescribed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
