RFP 2025-38 - Event Metrics Tracking Services

The City of Albany seeks one or more qualified consultants (Proposers) to provide a software solution for event tracking metrics services. This RFP aims to pinpoint a vendor capable of delivering thorough event tracking solutions, enabling us to efficiently monitor and analyze the diverse range of events organized throughout the year.

The successful consultant(s) will be expected to collaborate closely with stakeholders from the City of Albany to ensure that the developed event attendance tracking system aligns with organizational objectives and requirements. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for providing training and support to enable effective utilization of the system by designated staff members.
