PROJECT SCOPE:
The Engineering design firm shall provide for the design, plans and specifications and construction administration services for nighttime lighting illumination of the entrance, park buildings, roadway, parking and three soccer fields. The design shall be one comprehensive design divided into two separate sets of design plans and specifications as follows:

Design of site lighting for the entrance, park buildings, roadway and parking.
Design of soccer fields lighting. The construction of the soccer field light will be performed at a future time. Infrastructure of underground electrical conduits only from power source to each soccer field shall be provided for and installed with the overall site lighting construction portion of the project.

Design entire electrical power system with individual electrical metering. An individual meter for the overall site lighting and an individual meter for the soccer fields.

The scope of work for the project includes:
