Description

Orange College Community College (aka ‘the College’, OCCC or SUNY Orange) seeks to obtain Engineering and Architectural design services as needed at either the Middletown or Newburgh campus. The College intends to award to multiple responsive and responsible firms/offerors in their areas of specialty. Term: One year from September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023 with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The College will contact the responsible and responsive firms regarding projects going forward and send project opportunities to all qualified firms who respond to this request; if none of the qualified firms are available, the College retains the right to solicit cost proposals publicly.
