The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to invite vendors to participate in the City of Albany’s procurement process for acquiring an Employee Relations Case Management System (“CMS”). The goal is to solicit proposals for products and services that meet the City’s operational needs for complaint intake, tracking, investigation, reporting, and records retention/disposition.

The City’s preference is for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that supports integration with the City’s Azure Active Directory Identity Single Sign-On technology already in place.
