RFP20-E-FORMS - Electronic Forms and Workflow

The WNYRIC at Erie 1 BOCES is seeking proposals for a modern Electronic Forms and Workflow Systems (“eforms”) for use by local school districts and agencies.
Eforms are primarily intended for internal use, by staff, within the district; however, it is possible that the public or constituents may submit eforms.  Typical user base ranges from 50 to 1,000 users per organization.  Eforms use a workflow process to allow forms approval with logic, plus insight into submission status.  The system should provide requisite reports on data submitted via a form as well as abilities to securely import and export data.  The solution must be web-based and at minimum, accessed by users via the web.
