PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,000,000.00

PROJECT SUMMARY: The proposed project, a public-private partnership between Anthony J. Costello & Son Development LLC and the City, will reconstruct this narrower section of East Henrietta Road to create a fifth lane that will facilitate turning movements into CityGate at a new southern signalized intersection. The project also seeks to extend bike lanes on East Henrietta further north, thereby creating a more bicycle-friendly entrance into the City of Rochester.

REQUIREMENTS: This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and Contains Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) Requirements.
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents.
