Farm Brochure: 1000 By 8/18/2025 (or as soon as you can) 3000 more by 9/5/25
Craft Beverage Brochure: 3000 by 9/5/25
Bike Brochure: 3000 by 9/5/25
All Finder Brochure: 2000 by 9/5/25
The remainder needs to be ready by the end of September.

Procedure for asking questions: Please submit questions via Bidnet. Answers to questions will be shared in a public forum in Bidnet. Note that there is a short question period.
Summary:
Four brochures printed in full color. For the Farm Brochure we need 1,000 delivered or ready for pick-up by August 18, 2025 (ahead of the Dutchess County Fair).
Please include in your proposal your turn-around time from when you receive the final design and the approval on proof. If you won't be able to make the 8/18 deadline on the Farm Brochure, then please don't let that stop you from bidding. Instead let us know when the 1,000 can be complete by.
Proof:
All brochures must have high resolution digital proof shown for approval before printing starts.
Final designs to be shared as soon as possible. As an example you can see the current brochures linked on our website except Brochure #4.
