Bid proposals for this bid must be submitted in a marked sealed envelope, to include a signed original hard copy of the Proposal, bid specifications, addenda and any support documentation and bid bond required, delivered to and received by the Purchasing Agent at the Bureau of Purchasing, Room 105-A, City Hall, Rochester, New York 14614 prior to the closing date and time specified in the Invitation to Bid or any addenda. Electronic bids submitted through BidNet will not be accepted.

Bids submitted in hard copy must include the entire Invitation to Bid, which includes the cover page, bid specifications, addenda and any support documentation required, as well as the Proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any bids submitted that do not include all of these documents.

All information requested on the Proposal must be completed and submitted. In particular, bidders are cautioned to complete the information and certifications required by the new MWBE and Workforce goals for this contract.
