NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals to Construction of Well Head Enclosure Buildings
with Precast Concrete Walls and Wood Frame Roofs on Existing Foundations for the period
March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027, will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority not later
than 11:00 a.m. on January 14, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via
the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites
www.scwa.com or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on
the public websites noted above.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

As of December 30, 2024, contractors and subcontractors performing "public work" must be registered with the Department of Labor before they start working on a SCWA project. A Certificate of Registration must be submitted with your bid.
