Orange County, New York (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Orange County Department of Emergency Services to review and revise the existing Orange County’s Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (“CEMP”) in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations and requirements. All assessment, evaluation, and development services shall be completed in conjunction with the Orange County Department of Emergency Services (DES), Division of Emergency Management (“DEM”) and relevant stakeholders.
