Project Scope

Work under this contract consists of the following:
1. Replacement of existing exhaust fans with new exhaust fans
2. Replacement of existing interior and exterior lighting with new LED lighting and photocells.
3. Installation of new lighting fixtures
4. Installation of power to new touchless faucets and flushers.
5. Removal of existing hand dryers.
Project will be constructed under separate electrical and mechanical contracts.
The work will start on or about November 13, 2020 and shall be substantially completed by April 2, 2021.
