The Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District (The District) is seeking to obtain pricing from Kitchen Equipment Contractors (KEC) to furnish, deliver and install walk-in freezer in our High School. The total bid amount sum shall cover the equipment, supplies, labor, transportation and equipment necessary or required for the set-up and hauling away of the current freezer.

A site visit will be held on October 30, 2019 starting at 1.00 pm. It is highly recommended that all bidders must attend this site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, delivery access and the process involved in the installation of the new equipment. Bidders must meet in the front (Flag pole side) of the Port Chester High School, 1 Tamarack Road, Port Chester, NY 10573.
