The County of Orange is seeking a Vendor to provide Building Automation (BAS) and Building Management (BMS) Systems Services, including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, replacements and installations, as needed, at various facilities within the County of Orange. This scope includes the Lots listed below. It is not necessary to bid on all Lots but, for each Lot bid upon, all locations must be bid.
Lot 1 – Honeywell Excel 5000 at the Orange County Correctional Facility
Lot 2 – Johnson Controls Metasys at the Middletown Community Campus
Lot 3 – Schneider Electric SmartStruxture at the Government Center and Court House (Annex)
Statewide
