Names of ALL attendees must be emailed to bids@srotbc.com no later than 7/20/23 4:00 PM.
Please take note of the Pre-Bid Walkthrough instructions on page 6 of the IFB.
Upon arrival, attendees are to enter through the south entrance and proceed to the security desk on the 3rd floor for a visitor's badge.
After receipt of visitor's badge, attendees are to meet outside the south entrance of the building.
Please arrive a few minutes early to receive your visitor's badge.
