RFP 2018-03 - Administration of Section 125 Plan

The City of Watertown is requesting proposals from third party administrators to provide administration of its Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Dependent Care Plan and Section 125 Premium only plan.  The proposed start date for this plan is January 1, 2019.  All proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 205, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Tuesday, November 13th at 11:00 a.m., local time, at which time all proposals received will be publicly opened.
 
            All proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:
 
“RFP 2018-03 – Administration of Section 125 Plan”
