Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Buffalo Department of Fire is seeking the implementation/installation of a Learning Management System for the delivery of eLearning education courses or training programs. This Learning Management System will be used for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of eLearning education courses or training programs for the City of Buffalo Department of Fire. The Learning Management System must include on-line Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) educational services meeting the authorized 126 hour New York State EMT certification requirements. In an effort to meet the training requirements by the department for EMT certification, the department is seeking assistance from outside vendors.
