These Detailed Specifications will describe the requirements for a high solids (36-40%), Zinc-Free Floor Finish Concentrate that is formulated without PFAS using proper concentrate which when properly combined with water following a specific formulation will be used to produce an environmentally responsible (green) floor finish that meets Green Seal GS-40 standards when properly combined with water and other chemicals following a specific formulation. Products must meet or exceed the Green Seal requirements regarding chemical composition being produced by the State. The finished products will be manufactured at Washington Correctional Facility, Division of Industries, Comstock, NY 12821. The product being offered must be able to be produced utilizing existing equipment present in the Soap Shop at the time of bid opening. Zinc-Free Floor Finish Concentrate that is formulated without PFAS and must be Green Seal GS-40 Certified. The finished product will be in a ready-to-use state. It shall be an environmentally responsible product that is a fast-drying, high gloss finish, and slip resistant zinc-free floor finish concentrate. . Bidder must certify, with appropriate documentation, product being offered will produce a Green Seal compliant finished product and is Green Seal approved.
