1. The vendor shall be able to provide 24 hour a day, 7 days a week access to gas and diesel fuel pumps for WYEMS with credit card access. 2. Gas pumps shall be certified and in proper working condition, otherwise labelled as out of service. 3. Vendor shall be able to produce testing records of gas and/or diesel fuel from samples as requested by WYEMS. 4. Vendor shall be able to produce receipts for fuel transactions at the time of sale or as requested for backup documentation by WYEMS. Vendor should be located in the proximity of WYEMS base of operations, which at the present time include the Sheldon Fire Company, Centerline Road, Strykersville and Wyoming County Community Health System, Main Street, Warsaw. 5.
