1. The bidder shall be responsible for the removal, transportation, and disposal of approximately 760 tons per year of approximately 20% solids. The approximate tonnage per location is shown in item number 2 as follows: 2. The bidder shall be responsible for providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the removal, transportation, and disposal of sewage sludge, from the following locations; WHO-SF Wastewater Treatment Facility 5410 State Route 42 South Fallsburg, NY 12779. Sludge ± 650 Tons. Loch Sheldrake, Browns, New Hope Wastewater Treatment Facility 1077 State Route 52 Loch Sheldrake, NY 12759. Sludge ± 110 Tons. 3 . The Winning Bidder shall provide an alternative waste hauler to the Town in any event that the winning bidder cannot uphold for any reason the terms of this Contract. 4. The bidder shall make pick up, as per request, of sludge, at the above locations within two (2) business days of request. The pick up shall be upon request, and this day shall be in agreement with the Chief Plant Operator and the successful bidder. Pickups shall be made between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
