The HCSD is seeking proposals to provide waste pickup and removal service at the following locations: Hudson Jr./Sr. High School - 215 Harry Howard Ave, Hudson, NY 12534 2 - 8 yd garbage and refuse containers Frequency: 3 times per week. MCS Elementary School - 102 Harry Howard Avenue, Hudson, NY 12534 2 - 8 yd. garbage and refuse containers Frequency: 3 times per week. All waste will be housed in appropriate containers provided by the vendor unless otherwise noted. At different times during the year, excess refuse may be stacked by canister for removal. Any spillage by contractor shall be removed immediately. If for any reason contractor cannot remove waste on any given day, notice shall be given to the supervisor of buildings & grounds before 3:00 pm of any said day. Pick up at the Jr/Sr high school can be made between the hours of 8:15 am 5:00 pm seven days a week. Pick up at the MCS elementary school can only be done on weekdays when school is in session between the hours of 8:15 am to 11:00 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Pick up at the MCS elementary school may also be done when school is not in session (ie weekends/holidays) between the hours of 8:15 am 5:00 pm. Failure to abide by the terms of this contract shall release the school district from its agreement with the contractor, and the school district may engage another contractor to complete the balance of the contract.
