Specifications include, but are not limited to: Accepting sealed bid proposals for the Washing- ton Avenue Median Project (the Project) located along Washington Avenue between I-890 off-ramp and State Street, Schenectady. The work associated with the Project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of asphalt base, binder and top course where depicted on the plans. Along with the paving requirements, the contract- tor will be required to in- stall precast concrete median barrier with form liner brick inlay included, box beam median barrier and transitions, striping, and signage, all depicted on the plans.
