1. Deliveries to schools must be available twice each month between September through June. All deliveries must be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, unless special arrangements are made and agreed upon by both the recipient and the Contractor. 2. The Contractor is responsible for communicating with the Recipient Agencies on the quantities that will be delivered to each location. 3. A single delivery can be made to multiple buildings within a school district. If a district has three buildings, they can request two deliveries to each location twice per month.
